I must declare myself done with the seminar preparations, since I am falling asleep...

I could definitely have used another run through...Maybe tomorrow...or maybe I'll just wing it.

Don't obsess about practicing - it's more important to be rested and confident. You already know the material far, far better than anyone who will be there.
