To-Do list

It is spring break, and I want to get as much long range course planning work done as possible. Time is running out, so I am due for a to-do list:

1. Econometrics: write midterm exam
2. Econometrics: plan readings and deliverables for the rest of the course
3. Econometrics: finish the shitload of grading that is left
4. Econ and politics: finish the sample answers for PS3
5. Econ and politics: find my guest lecturer
6. Econ and politics: populate the rest of the readings for the course
7. Cut down my JLEO article to meet page limits
8. Econometrics: write the DoD lecture for Wednesday
9. Investigate data sets for econometrics exams
10. Go to library to find out about Compustat and Execustat data

I think that is enough. Particularly since the parents are coming for a visit....

Really long time, no post

Dear readers (who have, no doubt, given up on me ever posting again and may never come back to see this),

So it has been a really really long time since I have last blogged. I don't know whether I will get back into it or not. I have found that I am squeamish about posting about a lot of my life these days. I don't want a student of mine to stumble across this site and read about how I hate teaching or about the complexity of my "love" life....

But those are the things that occupy my mind these days. So what should I do??

I need to write a to-do list, though. And posting to-do lists is so fun. So stay tuned for at least one post....
